I train people to use AI honestly.

Generative AI trainer with 90+ workshops and sessions across India since 2019, and seven years of immersive technology practice behind it. I teach the tools live, in a lab, and spend the last session of every day on the part that gets skipped: checking what the model actually gave you.

About

I run hands-on sessions for people who need to leave with something that works rather than a slide deck. College faculty, students, NGO teams, working professionals. The format is always the same: live tool on screen, exercise, artifact you keep.

The generative AI work is not something I read about for a living. It is how I run my own research, my teaching prep, and the production work under Lzy Labs. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity are daily tools here, alongside Claude Code, Cursor and GitHub Copilot, and a multi-agent pipeline that handles the research behind my own strategy work.

I do not teach AI as a magic box. I teach verification. How to catch a fabricated citation, a confident wrong number, a chart that flatters the data. Anything I cannot verify, I do not report — which is why I would rather show a faculty room something that failed and what I tried instead.

This is the difference between a demo and a lab.

Proposed faculty development programme

AI Tools for Next-Generation Education · 3 days · 18 hours · laboratory-based

DAY 01 Generative AI & prompt engineering 6 hrs +
  • Live comparative demonstration of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity on one common teaching task, so the differences show up rather than get described.
  • Structured prompt construction, built live in front of the room.
  • Guided exercise: each participant rebuilds the same task three ways and compares output quality.
  • Advanced techniques — decomposition, context framing, iterative refinement, self-critique clauses.
  • Subject-specific prompt library assembly.

→ Participant artifact: reusable prompt library built on their own subject matter

DAY 02 AI for data analysis & academic content 6 hrs +
  • AI-assisted data cleaning and interpretation using participant-supplied datasets.
  • Explicit treatment of fabricated statistics and hallucinated output.
  • Verification protocols for AI-generated findings, built and stress-tested.
  • Data visualisation that survives scrutiny, including how to catch a misleading chart.
  • AI coding assistants applied to real academic and administrative workload, including live construction of a working automation tool.

→ Participant artifact: a verified data-analysis workflow and an output verification checklist

DAY 03 AI agents, multimodal AI & responsible practice 6 hrs +
  • What AI agents genuinely do, and where they stop working.
  • Designing and testing an agentic workflow end to end.
  • Multimodal AI against real teaching material: documents, images, audio, lecture capture.
  • Academic integrity policy design that is enforceable rather than aspirational.
  • Copyright, attribution and disclosure for AI-assisted work.
  • Data privacy when third-party AI processes institutional or student data.
  • Drafting an institutional AI adoption framework.

→ Participant artifact: a draft departmental AI-use policy and a 90-day adoption plan

90+ sessions since 2019, and the number most worth checking is the last one — whether the faculty who leave can verify the AI output they are about to put in front of students.

That is the module most programmes skip, and the reason I am a fit for this one.
